Standard delivery charges
Free Delivery - for items sent by courier is available to UK Residential Addresses, with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Your order will be processed, packed and dispatched within 48 hours, and should be delivered within 1 week from collection using our Standard Free Delivery service.
** All Orders to a value of £100 or more (after discount) will be sent with our Express Service - free of charge!! (Delivery two days from order placement)
For an extra charge we will happily deliver to business addresses, addresses in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, BFPO and the rest of the world. We can also send your parcel on a quicker delivery with our overnight express service. These options are charged at cost and the cost depends on what you order - so please do ask us for a quote by emailing us at express@tszuji.co.uk. Please remember, like most retailers, our deliveries do require a signature.
We despatch larger parcels via Hermes, which is the same delivery company as used by leading household names such as Next Directory, Freemans, Boden, Mothercare, Readers Digest, Damart and Lakeland. For smaller parcels and special deliveries we despatch via Royal Mail.
We may occasionally run out of some of our innovative and popular items. Should this be the case we will advise you by email and give you the option of either placing your items on back-order or cancelling your purchase.
We trust our couriers to deliver our products to you in perfect condition. However, damages do very occasionally occur in transit. Therefore, when receiving deliveries please check for damages to the outer box before signing the receipt. If there is visible damage please sign and write “ outer damaged” below your signature. If you have a moment to open the parcel and check the contents it’s always advisable but if you’re pushed for time please write “contents unchecked” below your signature.
That's no problem - please refer to our guarantees. We are very happy to refund or exchange items you are not entirely happy with and we will gladly collect any defective item using our couriers. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a purchased item and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage.
In these cases all items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your goods and we would ask that care be taken with the product(s) prior to return. You can post your goods back to us at the address below (Please DO NOT post to the address at Stancombe on your packing slip!), or if you prefer we will arrange collection by our couriers for a fee (from UK mainland only). Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

Clear Storage Solutions Ltd has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different PC’s and VDU’s reproduce colours in slightly different ways. Exact colour matches are not yet possible. When you order products from tszuji.co.uk , colours may differ from what you see on the screen.
All product dimensions are stated as accurately as possible, however sometimes product sizes may vary slightly. If you have issues relating to fitting our products into a particular space please email us on info@tszuji.co.uk for additional product details as Clear Storage Solutions cannot be held responsible for size issues after products are dispatched.

Clear Storage Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of order. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
Clear Storage Solutions Ltd has taken care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Promotions and prices you see in store high street shops do not apply to www.tszuji.co.uk, and vice versa. All sales to UK (except Channel Islands) and European Union (EU) and the European Community (EC) clients are subject to VAT on most goods at 15%, which is included in the prices shown in the online catalogue. Carriage is not subject to VAT. Non EC clients are exempt from VAT. EC business clients are exempt from VAT, but a valid EC VAT number must be provided.
The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Clear Storage Solutions Ltd. or any of their employees or agents.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
